The Runaway/The Family Histories Podcast

I had a wonderful time speaking with Andrew Martin of The Family Histories Podcast. We discussed my genealogy/family history background, my 4X great-grandmother, Antonia Snyder, who was one of New Jersey’s last enslaved people to be freed by the Emancipation Proclamation and the Thirteenth Amendment, as well as one of my brick walls, my great-grandfather Robert Henry Fischer. Somehow, I managed to take a trip in a time machine and ended up in colonial Peru! What a trip that was. Who said genealogy was boring???
